You can't find Zoroark in Omega Ruby, but if you have a Shiny Zorua you can evolve it.

Zorua evolve into a Zoroark at level 30

Level 32 

Nature: Timid (+ Speed - Attack)

Ability: Illusion (Comes out disguised as the Pokémon in back)

Attacks:

Extrasensory (Psychic)

Night Slash (Dark)

Foul Play (Dark)

Feint Atttack (Dark)
